1994 NO. 99 MUTUAL ASSISTANCE IN CRIMINAL MATTERS (GRAND DUCHY OF LUXEMBOURG) REGULATIONS - REG 4

4. The Act applies to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg subject to such
limitations, conditions, exceptions or qualifications as are necessary to give
effect to the Treaty between Australia and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on
Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters done at Luxembourg on 24 October 1988
(being the treaty a copy of the English text of which is set out in the
Schedule).
