1992 No. 401 MUTUAL ASSISTANCE IN CRIMINAL MATTERS (TRAFFIC IN NARCOTIC DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES) REGULATIONS - REG 3

3. In these Regulations:

"the Act" means the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 1987;

"UN Convention" means the United Nations Convention Against Illicit Traffic in
Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, being the Convention referred to
in, and a copy of the English text of which is set out in, the Schedule to the
Crimes (Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act 1990.
