3. (1) The Act applies in relation to each foreign country specified in the
Schedule, subject to the limitations or exceptions stated in subregulations
(2) and (3).

(2) Parts II, III, IV, V, VI and VIA of the Act do not apply in relation to
any foreign country specified in the Schedule.

(3) The Act applies in relation to each foreign country specified in the
Schedule only in relation to the service of documents under, or in accordance
with, the Act.
