MUTUAL ASSISTANCE IN CRIMINAL MATTERS (SUPPRESSION OF THE FINANCING OF TERRORISM) REGULATIONS 2006 (SLI NO 7 OF 2006) - REG 3

                In these Regulations:

"Act" means the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 1987 .

"Convention" means the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism, done at New York on 9 December 1999, a copy of the English text of which is set out in Schedule 1.
