2. Regulation 3 (Application of the Act)

Omit the regulation, substitute: Application of the Act

"3. (1) The Act applies to the United States of America.

"(2) For the purposes of subsection 7 (2A) of the Act, the Act applies to the
United States of America in respect of obtaining access, for the purpose of
international assistance in criminal matters, to FTR information.".
