5. Regulation 11 (Allowances payable to certain members)

5.1 Omit the regulation, substitute: Allowances payable to a member other than
the Chairman
``11. For the purposes of subsection 38 (2) of the Act, the following
allowance is prescribed for a member other than the Chairman, namely, an
annual displacement allowance of $30,000.". ''PRE>
