5. For the purposes of the definition of "interstate pecuniary penalty order"
in subsection 4 (1) of the Act, each of the following kinds of orders is
declared to be within the definition:

   (a)  pecuniary penalty orders under subsection 10 (1) of the Crimes
        (Confiscation of Profits) Act, 1985 of New South Wales;

   (b)  pecuniary penalty orders under subsection 12 (1) of the Crimes 
        (Confiscation of Profits) Act 1986 of Victoria.
