6. For the purposes of the definition of "interstate restraining order" in
subsection 4 (1) of the Act, each of the following kinds of orders is declared
to be within the definition:

   (a)  restraining orders under subsection 12 (2) of the Crimes (Confiscation
        of Profits) Act, 1985 of New South Wales;

   (b)  restraining orders under subsection 16 (7) of the
        Crimes (Confiscation  of Profits) Act 1986 of Victoria;

   (c)  sequestration orders under subsection 6 (1) of the
        Crimes (Confiscation  of Profits) Act, 1986 of South Australia.
