4. Regulation 5 (Declaration of orders-definition of "interstate pecuniary penalty order")

4.1 Paragraph 5 (a): Omit the paragraph.

4.2 After paragraph 5 (e), insert:

"(ea) pecuniary penalty orders under section 21 of the Crime (Confiscation  of
Profits) Act 1993 of Tasmania;".
