3.1 Paragraph 8 (1) (a): Omit "of $200 per hour or part of an hour; or",
substitute "of the amount for each hour or part of an hour prescribed in
paragraph 16.07 (8) (c) of the Bankruptcy Regulations; or".

3.2 Paragraph 8 (1) (b): Omit "of $135 per hour or part of an hour; or",
substitute "of the amount for each hour or part of an hour prescribed in
paragraph 16.07 (8) (d) of the Bankruptcy Regulations; or".

3.3 Paragraph 8 (1) (c): Omit "of $100 per hour or part of an hour;",
substitute "of the amount for each hour or part of an hour prescribed in
paragraph 16.07 (8) (e) of the Bankruptcy Regulations;".
