PROCEEDS OF CRIME REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1997 No. 240 - REG 4

4. Regulation 5 (Declaration of order - definition of "interstate pecuniary penalty order")

4.1 New paragraph 5 (da): After paragraph 5 (d), insert:

"(da) pecuniary penalty orders under paragraph 9 (4) (b) of the
Criminal Assets Confiscation Act 1996 of South Australia;".
