I, PETER JOHN HOLLINGWORTH, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of
Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the
following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912, the Protection
of the Sea (Oil Pollution Compensation Fund) Act 1993, the Protection of
the Sea (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Act 1983 and the Shipping
Registration Act 1981.
