CRIMES ACT 1900 - SECT 134
Stealing, destroying etc valuable security
Whosoever steals, embezzles, or for any fraudulent purpose destroys, cancels,
obliterates, or conceals, the whole or any part of any valuable security,
shall be liable, as if he or she had stolen a chattel, to be punished as for
larceny.
