5A Point of law stated by judge
(1) The judge before whom any person is tried and convicted on indictment may
submit any question of law arising at or in reference to such trial or
conviction to the Court of Criminal Appeal for determination, and such
submission shall be dealt with as if it were an appeal under section 5.
