CRIMINAL ASSETS RECOVERY ACT 1990 - SECT 42

42 Obstruction of persons executing a search warrant

A person who, without reasonable excuse, obstructs or hinders a person executing a search warrant under this Division or Division 3 is guilty of an offence.

: Maximum penalty--1,000 penalty units or imprisonment for 5 years, or both.
