CRIMES (APPEAL AND REVIEW) ACT 2001 - SECT 24

24 Lodgment of appeals

(1) An appeal under section 23 is to be made by lodging a written notice of appeal with a registrar of the Local Court.

(2) A notice of appeal must state the general grounds of appeal.
