Effect of confirmation of sentence on good behaviour bonds, community correction orders and conditional release orders
69 Effect of confirmation of sentence on good behaviour bonds, community
correction orders and conditional release orders
(1) The following continue to have effect if an appeal court confirms a
sentence on appeal-- (a) a good behaviour bond entered into by the appellant
as a consequence of the original sentence,
(b) a community correction order
or conditional release order made in relation to the appellant as a
consequence of the original sentence.
(2) The bond or order continues to have
effect-- (a) according to its terms, except to the extent to which the
appeal court otherwise directs, and
(b) despite any stay of execution that
has been in force in respect of the sentence.
