CRIMES (APPEAL AND REVIEW) ACT 2001 - SECT 73
Evidence of setting aside of conviction or sentence
(1) If a conviction or sentence is set aside on an appeal, the registrar of
the appeal court must cause a memorandum to that effect to be endorsed on the
conviction or on the order by which the sentence was imposed.
(2) A copy of
the memorandum is sufficient evidence that the conviction or sentence has been
set aside.
