CONFISCATION OF PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 1989 - SECT 53

53 Fees payable to NSW Trustee and Guardian or Commissioner of Police

If the NSW Trustee and Guardian or Commissioner of Police takes control of property in accordance with a restraining order or freezing notice, the NSW Trustee and Guardian or Commissioner of Police is entitled to receive such fees, in respect of the exercise of his or her functions in relation to the property, as may be prescribed.
