(a) an interstate restraining order is registered under this Act, and
(b) the restraining order directs an official of the State in which it was made to take control of property,the NSW Trustee and Guardian may, in accordance with an agreement between the NSW Trustee and Guardian and the official, exercise the same powers in relation to the property as the official would have been able to exercise if the property were located in that State.
