CONFISCATION OF PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 1989 - SECT 95
Regulations
95 Regulations
(1) The Governor may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, for or
with respect to any matter that by this Act is required or permitted to be
prescribed or that is necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying
out or giving effect to this Act.
(2) A regulation declaring a kind of order
to be within a definition may do so by reference to the
interstate serious offences involved.
(3) A regulation declaring a law to be
a law that corresponds to this Act may provide that the declaration applies
only for prescribed provisions of this Act.
