106A Definitions
In this Part--
"community supervision order" means an order by the Drug Court that imposes
conditions on the offender in relation to the periods of time when the
offender is not in the Compulsory Drug Treatment Correctional Centre.
Note :
See section 106O.
"Compulsory Drug Treatment Correctional Centre" means the correctional centre
given that name by a proclamation under section 225.
"Director" or
"Director of the Compulsory Drug Treatment Correctional Centre" means the
governor of that correctional centre.
"offender" means a person in respect of whom a compulsory drug treatment order
is in force.
"progression order" means an order by the Drug Court that an offender progress
from one stage of compulsory drug treatment detention to a higher stage. Note

"regression order" means an order by the Drug Court that an offender regress
from one stage of compulsory drug treatment detention to a lower stage. Note :
See sections 106D and 106M.
"revocation order" means an order by the Drug Court that revokes an offender's
compulsory drug treatment order. Note : See section 106Q.
