CRIMES (ADMINISTRATION OF SENTENCES) ACT 1999 - SECT 106V
Application of Part 2 to Stages 1 and 2 compulsory drug treatment detention
(1) Part 2 and the provisions of any regulations made under that
Part, subject to any modifications prescribed by the regulations under this
section, apply to and in respect of an offender who is in closed detention
(Stage 1) or semi-open detention (Stage 2).
(2) Any provision of Part 2 or of
the regulations under that Part that is so applied has effect as if it formed
part of this Part.
