108B Administration of conditional release orders and obligations of offenders
(1) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to-- (a) the
administration of conditional release orders, including any conditions of
those orders, whether by the establishment of a scheme for their management or
otherwise, and
(b) without limitation-- (i) any matter relating to carrying
out or complying with any of the conditions of a conditional release order
(including, for example, a condition relating to supervision), and
(ii) the
functions of persons involved in the administration of conditional release
orders, and
(iii) the manner in which an offender's failure to comply with
the offender's obligations under a conditional release order may be dealt
with, and
(iv) the service of notices on an offender.
(2) The obligations of
an offender under a conditional release order, including the obligations of an
offender under a condition of the order, are to be as prescribed by the
regulations.
