New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsAn offender in respect of whom an intensive correction order or community correction order is in force has, while the order is in force, a duty to disclose as soon as possible to the Commissioner--
(a) any medical, physical or mental condition of which the offender is aware (being a condition of a kind that the offender is aware substantially increases the risk to the offender of injury in performing work of any kind), and
(b) any substantial change in that condition.
