143B Consideration of parole so as to avoid manifest injustice
The Parole
Authority may consider a serious offender's case at any time after the date on
which the offender first becomes eligible for release on parole, and without
the need for an application, in such circumstances as may be prescribed by the
regulations as constituting manifest injustice.
