CRIMES (ADMINISTRATION OF SENTENCES) ACT 1999 - SECT 193B
Recommendations to Commissioner
(1) The Parole Authority may at any
time make recommendations to the Commissioner concerning the preparation of
offenders for release on parole, either generally or in relation to any
particular offender or class of offenders.
(2) In exercising his or her
functions, the Commissioner must have regard to, but is not bound by, any such
recommendation.
