(a) an inmate is charged with 2 or more correctional centre offences, and
(b) the charges are determined together or arise out of a single incident,any cumulative penalties imposed for those offences must not, in respect of any particular kind of penalty, exceed the maximum penalty that may be imposed in relation to a single correctional centre offence.
