CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACT 1986 - SECT 135

135 Definitions

(1) In this Division--

"court" means the Supreme Court or District Court.

"pre-trial conference" means a conference held under section 140.

"pre-trial hearing" means a hearing held under section 139.

(2) In this Division, a reference to the
"accused person" is to be read as including a reference to the Australian legal practitioner representing the accused person.
