CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACT 1986 - SECT 281C
Accused person not entitled to copy of sensitive evidence
(1) A prosecuting authority is not required and cannot be required (whether by
subpoena or any other procedure), in or in connection with any
criminal investigation or criminal proceedings, to give an accused person a
copy of anything the prosecuting authority reasonably considers to be
sensitive evidence.
(2) This section applies despite anything to the contrary
in this or any other Act, or any other law.
