CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACT 1986 - SECT 281H
Accused person not entitled to copy of terrorism evidence
(1) A prosecuting authority is not required and cannot be required (whether by
subpoena or any other procedure), in or in connection with any
criminal investigation or criminal proceedings, to give an accused person a
copy of any thing designated by the prosecuting authority as
terrorism evidence.
(2) A prosecuting authority may designate a thing as
terrorism evidence only if the prosecuting authority reasonably considers the
thing to be terrorism evidence.
(3) This section applies despite anything to
the contrary in this or any other Act, or any other law.
