New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe regulations may make provision for or with respect to the issue and service of subpoenas requiring the production of a document recording a counselling communication (within the meaning of section 296) in, or in connection with, any criminal proceedings or preliminary criminal proceedings, including the following--
(a) the manner and time in which a subpoena must be served,
(b) the form of a subpoena,
(c) any documents or information that must be included with a subpoena.
