CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACT 1986 - SECT 306ZP
Rules of court
(1) Rules of court may (subject to any regulations made
under this Act) be made in respect of the giving of evidence under this Part.
(2) In particular, rules of court may (subject to the regulations) also make
provision for or with respect to the use of closed-circuit television
facilities or other similar technology for the giving of evidence by
vulnerable persons in accordance with this Part.
