Guilty pleas and committal for sentence
31H Guilty pleas and committal for sentence
(1) This section applies to-- (a) an accused person whose guilty plea is
accepted under section 31G, and
(b) a person charged with an offence who
pleads guilty to an offence and about whom the Children's Court forms an
opinion under section 31 (5) (c).
(2) The Children's Court must commit the
person to the District Court or the Supreme Court for sentence.
