CRIMES (SENTENCING PROCEDURE) ACT 1999 - SECT 103
Regulations
103 Regulations
(1) The Governor may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, for or
with respect to any matter that by this Act is required or permitted to be
prescribed or that is necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying
out or giving effect to this Act.
(2) In particular, the regulations may make
provision for or with respect to the following-- (a) the information or other
matter to be contained in any notice, order, warrant, undertaking or other
document that by or under this Act is required or permitted to be prepared,
(b) requiring any such document to be in a form approved by the Minister,
(c)
the manner of service of any such document.
