113 Relationship with Parts 9 and 15 of the Law Enforcement (Powers and
Responsibilities) Act 2002
(1) Nothing in this Act is intended to limit the
rights and protections provided by Parts 9 and 15 of the Law Enforcement
(Powers and Responsibilities) Act 2002 to the extent that the provisions of
those Parts can operate in circumstances covered by this Act.
(2) The rights
and protections conferred by this Act are in addition to those conferred by
Parts 9 and 15 of the Law Enforcement (Powers and Responsibilities) Act 2002
but, to the extent (if any) that compliance with this Act results in
compliance with those Parts, the requirements of those Parts are satisfied.
