64A Person to ask whether serious indictable offender identifies as Aboriginal
person or Torres Strait Islander
Before asking a serious indictable offender
to consent to a forensic procedure under this Part, a person must ask the
offender whether the offender identifies as an Aboriginal person or Torres
Strait Islander.
