New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIf a court orders the carrying out of a forensic procedure to which this Part applies on an untested former offender, the court may order that a police officer, together with a person who, under Part 6 as applied by section 75E, may carry out the forensic procedure, be permitted to attend on the former offender to enable the forensic procedure to be carried out.
