CRIMES (FORENSIC PROCEDURES) ACT 2000 - SECT 75U
Scope of authorisation
75U Scope of authorisation
(1) A person is not authorised to carry out a
forensic procedure under this Part on an untested registrable person if the
untested registrable person is a suspect or a volunteer.
(2) A
forensic procedure may be carried out on an untested registrable person who is
a suspect only if authorised by and in accordance with Parts 2-5.
(3) A
forensic procedure may be carried out on an untested registrable person who is
a volunteer only if authorised by and in accordance with Part 8.
