76B Police officer to ask whether volunteer identifies as Aboriginal person or
Torres Strait Islander
Before asking a person to consent to a
forensic procedure under this Part, a police officer must ask the person
whether he or she identifies as an Aboriginal person or Torres Strait
Islander.
