CRIMINAL APPEAL RULES - REG 16
Recognisances to be forwarded to Registrar
16 Recognisances to be forwarded to Registrar
Any recognisances so entered into by the appellant and sureties shall be
forwarded by the proper officer of the Court of Trial to the Registrar, and if
the appeal is not duly prosecuted the Registrar shall report the matter to the
Court, and the Court may thereupon make such order as may be required.
