New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsWhere, upon any trial, an order for the restitution of any property, or an order affecting any property, has been made by the Judge of the Court of Trial, the person in whose favour, and the person against whom such order has been made, and, by leave of the Court, any person interested, shall be entitled to be heard before any order confirming, annulling, or varying such order is made by the Court.
