Notice of intention to appeal against conviction or sentence
23 Notice of intention to appeal against conviction or sentence
A person who intends to appeal to the Court against his or her conviction or
sentence is to send the Registrar a notice of intention to appeal or notice of
intention to apply for leave to appeal (Form IVA) together with, where
appropriate, a notice of application for extension of time to give the notice
(Form VE).
