Notice of appeal against conviction or sentence
23A Notice of appeal against conviction or sentence
A person who seeks to appeal against his or her conviction or sentence is to
send to the Registrar a notice of appeal or a notice of application for leave
to appeal (Form IV) together with, where appropriate, a notice of application
for extension of time to give the notice (Form V).
