CRIMINAL APPEAL RULES - REG 24A

24A Registrar to forward copy of notices

Within 3 days after receiving a notice under rule 23, 23A or 23B, the Registrar is to send a copy of the notice to the proper officer of the Court of Trial and to the respondent.
