New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe Registrar shall send a notice of the determination of any appeal, or of any application incidental thereto, to the appellant, if he was not present when the matter was determined, to the proper officer of the Court of Trial, to the Director-General of Corrective Services and to the Sheriff, if the appeal is against a conviction involving a sentence of death or is against a sentence of death.
