CRIMINAL APPEAL RULES - REG 78A
References and applications under sections 474H (2) and 474J of the Crimes Act 1900
78A References and applications under sections 474H (2) and 474J of the Crimes
Act 1900
These rules shall apply, making such changes as it is necessary to make, to:
(a) a reference under sec 474H (2), and
(b) an application under sec 474J,
of
the Crimes Act 1900 as if: (c) any reference to an appeal were a reference to
proceedings on such a reference or application,
(d) any reference to an
applicant were a reference to the convicted person, and
(e) leave to appeal
has been given.
