CRIMINAL APPEAL RULES - REG 79

79 Registrar's certificate of expenses

The Registrar shall certify (Form No XIX) to the Minister administering the Justices Act 1902 what expenses have been allowed by him in respect of any appeal or proceeding hereunder.
