CRIMINAL APPEAL RULES - REG 83

Payment of expenses

83 Payment of expenses

The certificate of the Registrar:

(1) when not so required to be reviewed, or
(2) after it has been so reviewed,
shall be final and conclusive, and shall be deemed sufficient authority for the payment to the persons named therein of the amounts set opposite their names.
