CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2003 - SECT 2

2 Commencement

(1) This Act commences on the date of assent, except as provided by subsection (2).

(2) The provisions of Schedules 6 [6]-[8], 7 [3], 8 [2]-[7], 9 and 13 [2]-[5] commence on a day or days to be appointed by proclamation.
